I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but my 4-year-old got bit all over, and it was confirmed to be bedbug bites. The service was very kind and friendly, making check-in effortless. The location was convenient, close to various facilities, but it was disappointing given the recent tragedies due to Harvey.
